Lexus launches 3 new off-road versions of the LX and GX

Lexus revealed 3 new off-road versions, which are based on the Lexus LX600, the GX of the previous generation, and the new generation. These cars received modifications and external and internal touches provided by the AAP department, which specializes in accessories and additional accessories for the Japanese brand, to be unveiled at the famous SEMA 2023 exhibition.

Lexus started with the LX600, which received the most prominent exterior touches, as it presented an exterior appearance based on the eye-catching blue color with multiple black and shiny gray touches, in addition to a canopy on the roof of the car that provides protection from the sun’s rays during road trips, with a small kitchen for preparing food. And many additional places to install various tools.


The Lexus LX600 also gets new 18-inch sports wheels with 33-inch off-road tires. The car retains the 3.5-liter twin-turbo V6 engine provided in the basic version without modifications, generating 409 horsepower and 650 Newton meters of torque.


Lexus GX460 APP model 2022



The previous generation of Lexus GX also received a special package of off-road equipment, which began with 18-inch sports wheels and 34-inch off-road tires, in addition to installing lower protection panels to protect the car’s engine and mechanical parts from rock slides on off-road roads.


Lexus introduced the GX460 with a new grille on the roof of the car with a design similar to the one used on the modified LX as well, but this provides the possibility of obtaining a large swing, in addition to placing a refrigerator in the trunk of the car with a capacity of 63 liters to store meals during camping trips, in addition to an air compressor device, and the car relies on an engine. 4.6-liter V8 with 301 horsepower.

Over Trail The all-new Lexus GX received a package that includes many equipment to enhance the experience of choice and off-road transportation, which started with 18-inch sports wheels and 33-inch tires, in addition to installing two fuel containers on the side of the car, and some other tools for emergency situations on the other side.


The new equipment also includes black exterior decals, a new grille on the roof of the car, a device for pumping air into the car, and lower protection panels. The car is based on a 3.4-liter twin-turbo V6 engine with a power of 349 horsepower and 650 Newton meters of torque.
